MEET KENNY

Since 2016, Kenny Manley has been making waves in the real estate industry as a dedicated agent with RE/MAX, specializing in North Kansas City and its surrounding areas to include Excelsior Springs, Mo., Kearney, Mo., Lawson, Mo., and Richmond, Mo. With a passion for helping families find their dream homes, Kenny has built a reputation as a trusted advisor in Excelsior Springs,and surrounding communities. Kenny’s journey to becoming a top real estate agent is as diverse as it is impressive. Before diving into real estate, he spent a few years running his own Inspection Franchise Business in Kansas City, Mo., gaining valuable insights into home inspections and property evaluations. During this time, he served as a railroad conductor for Union Pacific Railroad for 12 years, honing his work ethics, working with others, and dedication—qualities that are crucial in the real estate market.

Kenny’s commitment to service extends beyond his professional endeavors. He proudly served as a Sergeant in the Missouri Army National Guard, completing several deployments, including time as a military police officer in Ft. Lewis, Wa., Hurricane Katrina relief, and a year in Kosovo, where he patrolled villages and engaged with the local villages. His dedication and leadership were recognized early on when he earned his Eagle Scout award at the age of 16.

Throughout his career at RE/MAX, Kenny has achieved numerous accolades, including the prestigious Hall of Fame Award and being named a Top 50 agent since 2017. Kenny also earned one of RE/MAX’s top awards called the Torchbearer Award. This award is given to the top 40 agents in RE/MAX under the age of 40 throughout the country. His hard work and dedication have also earned him the title of local favorite agent in his community which is voted on every year by thousands of locals for the past 6 years, reflecting his deep connection with clients in North Kansas City and the surrounding areas.

Outside of real estate, Kenny is deeply involved in his community. He chairs the Excelsior Springs Community Foundation board and has served as an elected school board member for Excelsior Springs Schools since 2017. As a proud member of the Excelsior Springs Rotary Club, he actively contributes to local initiatives and previously served on the local planning and zoning board. On a personal note, Kenny is happily married to his wonderful wife Ember, and together they are raising four amazing kids.
